If your restaurant has been using GloriaFood, now is the time to make a smooth move to a new platform. This checklist walks you through everything you need to prepare, export and set up — so nothing gets lost and your restaurant is back online fast.
Before You Move: What to Gather
Before setting up your new ordering system, spend 30 minutes pulling together the essentials. Having this information ready makes the setup on any new platform dramatically faster.
Step 1: Gather your restaurant information

- Opening hours for each day of the week
- Delivery zones and minimum order amounts
- Pickup time and delivery time estimates
- Logo file (PNG or JPG, ideally square format)
- Cover photo / banner image for your online menu
Step 2: Export your menu
- List all menu categories (Starters, Mains, Desserts, Drinks, etc.)
- For each product: name, description, price, photo
- Note any allergens or dietary labels (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
- List any modifiers or options (size, toppings, sauces)
- Screenshot or PDF of your current GloriaFood menu as a backup reference
Step 3: Capture your payment setup
- Note your current payment methods (card, cash on delivery, etc.)
