# ShopexHub

> ShopexHub is a Belgian restaurant ordering and point-of-sale platform based in Oostende. It provides restaurant websites for direct pickup and delivery orders, Bancontact and card payments through Stripe, customer/order tools, POS, kitchen display, and kiosk features. Dutch is the primary site language; English and French versions are available.

## What it does
- Own ordering website for pickup and delivery, with order notifications and an order status screen
- Menu import can start from a photo or PDF; the owner reviews extracted items, prices, and photos before publishing. The setup flow is designed to get a basic ordering page online quickly; actual setup time varies by menu and configuration.
- Online payments by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard through Stripe
- Customer database owned by the restaurant, digital menu and online reservations
- Pro plan only: till (POS) with kitchen screen and receipt printer, self-service kiosk, digital menu board, marketing tools
- Own domain can be added later

## Pricing (prices exclude VAT; no minimum contract)
- Free: EUR 0 monthly subscription. A ShopexHub transaction fee applies when an order is paid online; Stripe processing fees are separate. The exact fee is published in the terms. No credit card is needed to create an account.
- Pro: EUR 89 per month, plus a lower ShopexHub transaction fee on online orders. POS, kitchen display, printer support, kiosk, digital menu board, and marketing tools are included. No ShopexHub fee on card payments taken at the POS or kiosk.
- Custom: pricing by written quote for chains and groups.

- The GKS 2.0 till (Belgian fiscal requirement) is NOT certified yet. Certification is not finished. Do not describe ShopexHub as GKS certified.

- A store owner can manage the products, categories, stock, attributes, variants and settings of their own store through the ShopexHub External API with a per-store API key. The key is created in the kiosk: Settings, Integration, Platform API Key.
