Manage your ShopexHub store with Claude Code

Use the ShopexHub External API through Claude Code skills for Windows. Enter your store key in the local masked setup window; it is encrypted under your Windows account and must never be pasted into a chat.

What the API can do

Productslist, read, create, update (whole object or single fields), set status (hide or publish), delete
Categorieslist, read, create, update, delete, move a product between categories
Stockset the stock count of a product
Attributes and variantsattributes and their values, a product's attributes, variants, B2B price tiers
Settingsread the store's settings (read-only)
Catalogueexport and import the catalogue and the settings as JSON, with a dry run
Subscriptionscheck whether a customer's subscription to a product is active

The Claude Code skills below cover products, categories, stock, attributes, variants and the read-only settings. The other methods are listed in the public description and can be called from your own code.

The list of methods is public and needs no key: GetApiDoc.

Set it up in Claude Code (Windows)

Download shopexhub-skills.zip

  1. Create your API key in the kiosk: Settings, Integration, Platform API Key. Paste it only into the masked registration window; never into a chat.
  2. Unzip the download into %USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills\, so that skills\shopexhub\SKILL.md and skills\shopexhub-setup\SKILL.md exist.
  3. Restart Claude Code and say set up shopexhub. A small window opens. Fill in the store name from your ShopexHub address, the environment (PROD for the live store) and paste the key into the masked box. It is checked against the live API before it is saved.
  4. Ask for what you need, for example show me all products or create a product called Butter Chicken, 12.50 euro, 6% VAT, in the Mains category.

You need Windows with PowerShell 5.1 and Claude Code. Nothing else is installed and no administrator rights are needed.

How the key is protected

Use the API in your own tools

The API is plain HTTPS. Every call is a POST with a JSON body that holds apiKey and tenantName and the method's own fields:

POST https://zachflow.azurewebsites.net/shopexexternal/{store}/api/GetProducts
Content-Type: application/json

{ "apiKey": "...", "tenantName": "{store}" }

Do not paste the key into ChatGPT, Gemini, or any assistant chat. The key is sent in the request body. Use trusted code or an integration that injects the key securely. There is currently no ShopexHub MCP server or ChatGPT/Gemini connector.
