GloriaFood POS Partner or Agency: Move Your Clients to ShopexHub

If you set up GloriaFood ordering for restaurants, as a POS reseller, a web designer or an agency, your clients now need a new home for their online orders, and they will ask you first. This page explains what we do for the restaurant and what is in it for you. A restaurant owner looking for help for their own migration can use the same service.

What we do for the restaurant, free

• Menu import. Send the menu as a PDF, screenshot, Word document or plain text. We build categories, products, prices, options and allergens in ShopexHub.
• Account setup. Opening hours, delivery zones, pickup times and minimum order amounts.
• A test order on their behalf, to confirm that payments, notifications and the kitchen flow work.
• Link guidance. Exactly where to update Google Business, the website, Facebook, Instagram and QR codes, and in which order. The full order is in the migration guide.

Most restaurants are live the same business day they contact us. We ask for the restaurant name, address, phone and email, the menu, opening hours and delivery zone, and a logo if they have one.

What is in it for you

• A referral reward for every restaurant you bring that goes live and stays active. The exact reward is discussed personally. Details are on the partner page.
• Your clients keep their customers. Orders and customer data belong to the restaurant, so you are not recommending another marketplace.
• A path beyond online ordering. The Pro plan adds a till with kitchen display and receipt printer, a self-ordering kiosk and a digital menu board, so you do not have to move the same client twice.

What to tell your clients honestly

• Starter is €24 per month and Pro is €89 per month, excluding VAT. Online payments carry a transaction fee on top of Stripe's fees: 5% on Starter, 3% on Pro. There is no fee on card payments at the till or kiosk.
• The ShopexHub till is not yet GKS 2.0 certified. Until it is, ShopexHub runs next to the client's current till. The GKS 2.0 page has a waitlist.

How to start

1. Email info@shopexhub.be with the subject "GloriaFood migration" and attach the client's menu. Mention that you are a partner or agency.
2. We set up the account and send a link to review on a phone or laptop.
3. The restaurant goes live and we tell you which links to update, in which order.
